We bought car from Hyundai Wadgaon bk pune showroom in 2022. On 25th Jan'25 midnight at Mumbai, our car got locked due to gear box clutch plate issue, at 12 in night Mr Kishore Khalekar attended my call and guided me how to ger RSA service and how to proceed. He was sincerely following up with me from Pune proactively till 1:30am midnight if I'm getting proper service in Mumbai. Infact he called me in next morning if all is well. He also helped me in through constructive discussions with another hyundai contacts in Mumbai. Eventually Mumbai Reay road service centre also helped me with repair in time in 3 days. This guidance from Mr Kishor was much needed as we were really under trouble at completely isolates area that too with family. When I thanked him for Mr Kishor for his extra mile support, he said "No sir, it's our duty" Hyundai is fortunate to have such dedicated customer care mamager like Mr Kishor in their team.
